Returns & Refunds

All of my pieces of jewelry are custom made to order just for you. Unless there's a special promotion or the occasionals "ready to ship items" I do not carry stock of pre-made items, and a simple piece of jewelry requires a lot of work from the moment you place your order to the moment I pack and ship it. 


For this reason, all sales are considered final and there will be no exchange or refund unless there's a mistake from my part. Please make sure you order the correct ring size and contact me if you have any question prior your purchase. All rings cannot be resized and I would have to redo them entirely in case of a mistake.

I only resize Eileen & Sam rings. 


If your ring needs to be resized, you will have to pay a fee that includes resizing and shipping cost so I can ship the ring back to you. Resizing fees depend on the type of ring and material. Sending the ring back to me is also at your charge. Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded before they ship.

In the exceptionnal case of a defect causing the jewelry to break (not due to the use of the jewelry) appearing in the a few days after you receive your order, requiering fixing or exchange, I will ask you to send me a picture of the jewelry showing the issue so I can assess it and find a solution for the return. You will have to let me know about this issue as soon as possible and in case return is accepted, the item will have to be sent back to me within 7 working days after I agreed for it. No replacement will be made or sent before I receive the defective item.
